How does KashBack work?

KashBack lets you earn Koins when you subscribe to software, AI tools, and B2B services through Kariant tracking links. Browse our listings catalog, click through your personalized tracking link, and complete your subscription normally. Once the purchase is verified by the vendor or affiliate network, Koins are credited to your KashBack wallet. You continue earning for as long as your subscription remains active, depending on the earning rule tenure type.

Is KashBack free to join?

Yes. Creating a KashBack account is completely free — there are no membership fees, subscription charges, or costs to generate tracking links. You pay the vendor for the products you subscribe to as you normally would; KashBack simply credits Koins back on qualifying tracked purchases.

How are Koins earned?

Koins are earned based on the earning rule configured for each listing. There are three earning types: Percentage-based rules credit you a percentage of your subscription amount back (e.g., a 10% rule on a $100/mo subscription returns 10% of that spend every month on recurring or lifetime-tenure rules). Fixed rules credit a set reward per conversion regardless of spend. Tiered rules offer increasing rewards at higher spending thresholds. Some listings also apply plan-specific multipliers that boost earnings on premium plans.

What is the conversion process?

Every KashBack earning follows a three-stage flow. First, the conversion enters Pending status immediately after your tracked purchase is detected. During this period the vendor or affiliate network verifies the transaction is legitimate and not refunded. Once confirmed by the network, the conversion moves to Confirmed status and the Koins are credited to your wallet balance. In rare cases a conversion may be Rejected if the purchase is refunded, fraudulent, or does not meet the listing requirements. You can track all statuses in real-time on your Dashboard.

How do I redeem Koins?

Open the KashFlow & Withdrawals page from your KashBack Dashboard. Koins earned from confirmed conversions convert to Kash at a transparent exchange rate displayed on the KashFlow page, starting from a minimum of 100 Koins per conversion. Once converted, Kash holds a 1:1 value to USD and can be spent across the Kariant platform. Cash withdrawals start from a minimum of 100 Kash and every request is reviewed before payout — the KashFlow page shows the options open to your account. There is no expiration on earned Koins.

What is the attribution window?

The attribution window is the time period between when you click a tracking link and when your purchase must occur for the conversion to be credited to your account. Each listing has its own attribution window set by the advertiser, commonly around 30 days; the exact window is shown on each listing's detail page. If you click a tracking link but complete the purchase after the attribution window expires, the conversion will not be tracked.

Are there earning limits?

Some listings enforce earning caps to manage their KashBack budget. There are two types of limits: maxKoinsPerUser caps the total Koins a single user can earn from one listing across all time, and maxKoinsTotal caps the total Koins that can be distributed across all users for that listing. Once either cap is reached, additional conversions for that listing will not generate Koins. Listings without caps allow unlimited earning. Both limits are shown on the listing detail page when applicable.

How do referrals work?

Share your personal referral link from the Referrals page in your Dashboard. When someone signs up through your link and completes their first confirmed KashBack conversion, you earn a 100 Koin bonus — the bonus pays on that first confirmed conversion, not on signup. Referral bonuses are capped at your first 10 successful referrals lifetime, and referral Koins are spend-only: they can be spent across Kariant but cannot be converted to Kash.
