01Verification-first earning
Nothing is credited on trust alone. Every subscription is verified before Koins land, rejected subscriptions carry a visible reason in your Earning History, and holdback periods cover product refund windows so credited cashback stays credited. The same discipline runs the other way: apart from verified reversals, we never claw back Koins you earned.
02Transparent tracking
Attribution works only through the KashBack Link you deliberately click — we do not watch your browsing on other sites, and no KashBack surface or companion (including our browser extension) ever fabricates clicks or simulates activity on your behalf.
Every step you can see is real: click counts, subscription statuses and rejection reasons in your dashboard reflect exactly what happened, in real time.
03Money protection
- The Koin peg is fixed: 1 Koin = $1 USD, and India’s Sikka display is a label on the same balance — there is never a hidden exchange spread.
- Reversals can never take your balance below zero; any shortfall is settled transparently from future earnings, never billed to you.
- Every withdrawal request is manually reviewed with your payment track record before money moves.
- Every wallet movement is permanently recorded — inspect the full history in KashFlow and export it in full from your account settings.
04Account security
KashBack uses Kariant’s central sign-in — sessions, sign-in methods and recovery are managed in one place for your whole Kariant account.
We will never ask for your password, OTP or card number — not in chat, email, or the contact form. If someone claiming to be KashBack asks for these, it is not us; report it and we will investigate.
05Data protection
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in the Privacy Policy — including the full JSON export of your KashBack data you can request at any time.
06Report a concern
Suspicious activity on your account, a subscription that looks wrong, or a security worry of any kind: use the contact form (pick the closest topic) or the Help Center. Disputes about a specific subscription can also be raised directly from its row on the Earning History page.
